Well it is official, Maddux is now in his big boy seat. What a bittersweet moment for Mommy and Daddy. Brady finally put the seat in the van today and Maddux loved it. Since he is backward facing and Wrigley is forward facing it is like a baby face off. She thinks it is fun that she can reach out and pester him and he thinks it is fun that he can reach out and steal her sippy cup. I just don't know if I am ready to let my little man grow up. I realize that I don't have a choice, but I just miss him being a baby sometimes. He is growing up so fast and it seems like yesterday he was a tiny newborn. Time sure flies and although I am so glad to see him grow up and do big boy things my heart aches a bit to realize that I just don't have a baby anymore. I guess that is just the way it goes, one part of me is ready to see him grow and achieve new things and one part of me is still wishing he were a little baby. I am so proud of the little man he is becoming, Mommy loves you baby boy!!!
