Well the framers are all done and the house is looking more and more like a livable house everyday...there was some kind of back order on our windows so those will be installed early next week, but all the doors are installed(the exterior ones) and the framing is all done. Early next week we will be making a date for the pre-drywall meeting which means in about two weeks they will be starting the drywall...what does that mean you ask...well we are looking at a middle to late May closing date. That is kinda crazy..only 6 weeks away, but our building superintendent assured us that over half the work is done. We were shooting for a June closing date but I think it will be much earlier than that. On another note...we have been visiting the house everyday...getting out, taking pictures. The kids love it because they can run around, so today like any other day we just put them down and let them run. Well we were farting around...looking at everything and in about a minute...no kidding a minute they were both in the backyard just running around, Maddux was actually out in the field behind our house. Needless to say, with all the rain last night the yard is just mud, so we had really muddy shoes and pants. This really doesn't surprise me with Maddux, but with Wrigley I can't believe she was out in the mud like that. Hope you can get an idea of the mess we had on our hands by the pic of Wrigley's shoes...funny huh!?
