Happy Easter!

Yesterday of course was Easter, so like we do every Sunday we dressed the kids in their church clothes (as Wrigley calls them) and we went to church. It was a wonderful sermon, not unlike every other Sunday but this Easter it meant more to me than any other Easter before. Just last Easter I was a totally different person. God has worked miracles in my life over this past year. I have a feeling deep down in my heart that had never been there before and I am so thankful that I was able to open up and let that in. The power of God is amazing, and even though I still have many struggles I know that I am so much better off with God on my side. I think the thing that has been the most wonderful for me is realizing that God has always been there, even when I didn't feel that he was. Faith is such an amazing thing...just knowing that something is there even when you can't see it. God has had a plan for me for quite some time and I feel like I am only beginning to see what he has in store. Thanks to all of you who have struggled right along with me as I have taken this journey...your patience and unwillingness to give up has been such a huge reason I have come so far. God is good and every day I pray that I can continue to live in his promise to me...what a sacrifice he gave us all! I hope that as my faith continues to grow so may my relationships with those I love so much. Oh and aren't these pics of Maddux and Wrigley too cute...unfortunately Syd was visiting her dad so she wasn't here but I wanted to share with you my two babies who are growing so fast! What a difference a year has made for us all! Happy Easter everyone!
