Lemonade....

As a child I heard more than once the old phrase....When life gives you lemons make lemonade. Well I am sure tired of drinking lemonade...really! God gives us struggles and hurdles to make us better people....to mold us into the person....the person with purpose on this Earth. It is easy to sit back asking..."Why me?" But one thing I have learned is my shoulders are pretty broad and I can hold up these burdens until it gets easier. Jesus wants to take our burdens but it is so hard to give them up sometimes....they help make me who I am. But I want to live out my purpose everyday...I want to bring him glory! Sure everyone wrestles with their own hardships but it isn't the hardships that make us who we are it is the way we choose to deal with them! I am stronger than my hardships...I just don't give myself enough credit sometimes. I think life comes at us in peaks and valleys. IF you are thankful to God in the peaks then you must stay faithful in valleys as well. This is so hard for me to do sometimes! I pray that GOD will give me the peace to stay faithful to him ALL THE TIME and not just when things are going the way I think they should. Everything is life is for the greater good!
