A tribute to my "mother"

You are the mother I received on the day I married your son
And I just want to thank you Mom for all the things you have done
You've given me this gracious man for whom I share my life
You are his loving mother and I his lucky wife
You used to pat his little head and now I hold his hand
You raised in love a little boy and gave to me a man

I write this from the heart. You raised a son that is a great father and a wonderful husband. I know I am your daughter and the man I have chose to spend my life with is as wonderful as he is because of the way you raised him....so on this Mother's day I just want to thank you for raising such an amazing son and for being my "mother"
