We had Sydnee's birthday party today and it went off without a hitch. All the people that loved her were her to help her celebrate, and celebrate we did. We had lots of good food and plenty of good conversation. I even made the cake myself, and was mighty proud of my effort. Sydnee decided she wanted a cow cake for her birthday and she wanted me to make it. I was a bit worried at first that I wouldn't be able to make this happen, but I got a recipe off the Internet and it didn't turn out that bad. I am no Martha Stewart but it was enough to suffice Sydnee. It is hard to believe she is seven, my little baby girl. I can remember the day she was born and I remember thinking that I had never loved something so much, she was gorgeous and still is. She has given my life such purpose in her seven years and she is such a wonderful little girl. I love you so much Syd, and I hope your birthday was as wonderful as you!!!
