The cows are out!

We had some excitement last night on the farm, the cows got out of their fence and were walking around the driveway. It was the funniest thing to look out the kitchen window and see cows walking around in the yard. Brady called Tom and Carol, who farm this land and they came out at about 7:30 PM to try to corral the cows back into their enclosure, but to no avail. 10 PM rolled around and 3 of the 4 cows who were out were still running around in the field behind the barns. They just left them running loose all night long and when Maddux was up at about 4 AM the cows were just laying in the driveway over by the garage resting. I know that cows get out all the time, but it was just funny to see them walking around right in front of the house. Wrigley was so confused, she just stood at the front door with a funny look on her face, she knew that they shouldn't be out in the driveway! I guess it is par for the course living out in the country on a farm, but I would take cows in my driveway out in the country to living in town any day!!
