Today we had our pre-construction meeting with the general contractor, Fred...we went through our blueprints and even got our own copy. Fred picked up our building permit this morning and they have already sat the temporary power pole, so we are ready to go! I can't believe that this is really happening...it is still so surreal! They are thinking that maybe in the next couple of weeks they will be able to start pouring the footer...I know in like two weeks our footer could be poured and they could be starting on the rest of the house...crazy huh! We are still shooting for a June closing date...maybe middle to late June...but that is only three months away....I am SO excited! Hopefully soon I will be posting pictures of the house going up!
