The second graders always do what they call a "wax museum" every year, and yesterday was Sydnee's. She decided to be Elvis Presley and so for the past month she has been preparing for the big day. It was really neat to see all the kids dressed up...there were a lot of the usual suspects like several James Dean's and Joe DiMaggio's. I guess you'll have that...but Syd did really good. I know the hair looks nothing like Elvis' but give me a break...what could you do? I just put it back in a ponytail...I didn't seem to have a spare Elvis wig lying around the house. Wrigley loves to go to "nydnee's" school as she calls it. She was loving all the things to look at and she loved sitting on sissy's lap. Oh too cute! Overall Sydnee made a fine Elvis...so good in fact I think the real Elvis would have approved! HAHA
