So things are really setting in...I am getting ready to order my nursing uniform and all my clinical supplies...WOW this is really happening! Seems like yesterday I was heading to IWU for my first class and now I am preparing to apply to the nursing program. There are soooo many things that have to be done before I can submit my actual application.....background check, nursing physical, CPR training. I am slowly checking them off one by one. I just CAN'T believe it!!!! I will be
making out my fall schedule here in the next month or so and I will know then what clinicals I will be taking...I can't wait to get to the hands on stuff. In the mean time I have to get through this semester which is shaping up to be a good one. I love my classes (expect for World Lit). Microbiology is fun and very interesting. I got a B+ on my first test so I am happy with the way the semester is starting out grade wise. I brought my GPA up four points last semester so I just need to maintain it this semester. So far so good!
In other news I have been having a lot of trouble with my stomach. I have had blood tests and an ultrasound but the doctor has not figured out what is going on as of yet. I am having an endoscopy done on Friday so your prayers would be greatly appreciated. I have to go under anesthetic which makes me a bit apprehensive but I know it will be okay. I am just hoping they will find out what is causing the pain....so keep me in your prayers please.
