Today we thought it would be a good idea to take in the Ft. Wayne Zoo with the kids and we invited Mimi and Papaw to join us. It was a beautiful day and the zoo was so much fun. The kids all had such and good time and so did the adults! I was worried about how much Maddux would really be able to enjoy the animals since he is still so small, but he laughed really hard at the monkeys. They were fighting and rolling around on the grass and Maddux thought that it was really funny. Wrigley was kind of cautious of the animals, but enjoyed looking at them after she realized they were in a cage and couldn't get out to her. Sydnee loved looking at the sharks and the orangutans and her and I even got to pet the goats in the farm exhibit. I am so glad that we could share the experience with Mimi and Papaw and I know they enjoyed seeing how happy all the kids were at the zoo. It is such a good thing that all three of my children have a love for animals like their mom. Sydnee and Maddux's love runs a little deeper then Wrigley's I'm afraid, but I have a lot of time to work on that! HA HA! I am so glad I got to spend the day with the people I love most!
