Last Tuesday we had the privilege of meeting a real life monkey...I know almost everyone has been to the zoo and seen monkey's in their cages but to see one that you could touch and hold was a really cool experience. Lisa's (Mimi) friends are baby sitting for a capuchin monkey named Emma. She is so fast and spent a lot of time running around and getting onto our shoulders and even in our hair. I of course am such an animal lover that I was in heaven. She was so sweet and would give kisses and even high fives. Maddux loved Emma and let her crawl all over him and give him kisses. Mimi on the other hand was a little trepidant of a monkey in her hair but she was a great sport. I am so thankful to Rick and Marni for letting us enjoy Emma and although a monkey is very expensive and a lot of work I would love to have one of my own...even though Brady would never allow it...hehe!
